📑 General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by the company ROOTS N FLOW.

2. Products

The products offered are those listed on the ROOTS N FLOW website, while stocks last. Each product is presented with a detailed description.

3. Price

Prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges. ROOTS N FLOW reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of the order.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these T&Cs. A confirmation email will be sent after validation of the order.

5. Payment terms

The customer can pay for their purchases by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or any other secure online payment method accepted by ROOTS N FLOW.

6. Delivery

• Delivery area: France and international.

• Indicative deadlines:

  • Standard delivery: 7 to 10 working days

  • Express delivery: 4 to 7 working days

• Carriers: ROOTS N FLOW uses third-party service providers (Colissimo, DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification.

8. Returns and Refunds

ROOTS N FLOW will cover the return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued via the payment method used when ordering, within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned items.

9. Liability

ROOTS N FLOW cannot be held responsible in the event of a delay in delivery attributable to the carrier, force majeure or any event beyond its control.

10. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Grenoble.
